Secretary Cindy Dollar found these weird pulleys hanging from the ceiling. She quickly decided she wants nothing to do with these strange things! But before she knew it, she was back again, this time in a bolero straitjacket and a ballgag, with nipple clamps attached to her nipples. She knew what was going to happen!! Soon her nipples were painfully pulled towards the ceiling, and the pulleys only work in one direction… ouchh!!!
